Reservation Requests

Submitting a request does not confirm transportation. Black Ice Express will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing and reservation requirements. A reservation is confirmed only when Black Ice Express confirms it directly.

Pricing

Pricing is quoted per request, based on the itinerary, timing and service requested. Black Ice Express confirms availability and final pricing directly.

Additional Charges

Tolls, parking and trip-specific expenses are charged separately when applicable. Airport transportation, holidays, special events and long-distance travel may receive a custom quote.

Changes and Cancellations

Itinerary changes and cancellations should be communicated to Black Ice Express as early as possible. Changes are accommodated based on availability and confirmed directly.

Client Conduct

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service. Black Ice Express may decline or end service where conduct presents a safety concern or violates applicable law.
